learn how our placement cell empowered 50+ students with career guidance If someone had told us placement cell success stories at the start of the year that our placement cell would help than 50 students get corporate jobs we would have probably smiled and said we will try our best to achieve this goal.. Now that we have actually done it it feels a little unbelievable.

Our placement cell is not about numbers. It is about the students who worked hard to get their dream jobs. We had students who came to us feeling nervous and unsure. After our help they were able to get job offers.

How Our Placement Cell Helped 50+ Stu dents Get Placed
Students celebrating successful placements through career guidance, resume building, interview preparation, and placement support.

Where It All Started

Every year when it is time for students to look for jobs everyone feels an unsure. Students worry if they are good enough to get a job. Companies want to see more than good grades. Our placement cell tries to help students by preparing them for the job market.

This year we decided to change our approach. We did not want to focus on getting students jobs at the end of the year. Instead we wanted to help them throughout the year.

What Actually Changed

We made a changes that really made a placement cell success stories difference.

  • We had interviews that were very realistic. Students told us that the real job interviews were easier because our mock interviews were tough.
  • We helped students with their resumes one-on-one. We did not just give them templates or general advice. We actually talked to them about their experiences and how to present them well.
  • We invited people from companies to talk to our students. They told them what it is like to work in their field.
  • We kept track of each students progress. We did not give all students the kind of help because each student had different needs.

These changes were not revolutionary.. We did them consistently throughout the year and that is what made a big difference.

The Part That Mattered Most

Getting job offers is an achievement but what matters most to us is that our students gained confidence. Some students who were shy and did not speak up in class were able to negotiate their salaries by the end of the year. This change is not something you can measure. It is what we are most proud of.

We also learned that not getting a job is not the end of the world. Some students did not get their choice but they found an even better job later. What matters most is being persistent. Not giving up.

Whats Next

Helping than 50 students get jobs is a big milestone but it is not the end. Every year we have students with different strengths and weaknesses. So our plan for year is to find out what we can improve and make those changes.

This year we learned that our job is not to get students any job. Our job is to help them get ready, for the job. Our placement cell is committed to helping students achieve their goals.
